Hello, 3 days later from my registration i received email from bet365:
Dear Mr *****,
We sent you an email on the 08/04/2013 asking for your assistance in confirming your date of birth.
Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to verify your date of birth and as such, in accordance with our licence conditions and codes of practice on age verification, we have suspended your account pending such verification.
We realise that providing this information is an inconvenience and we would like to offer you a bonus of £5 if you supply us with satisfactory proof of your age. All you need to do to claim your bonus is to simply call us on the number at the end of this email and have your passport to hand. If you prefer, you can fax a copy of your passport, driving licence or birth certificate to 01782 684 792 or scan and email it to us at documents@bet365.com.
Alternatively, if you have a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), this is evidence that you are over 18. In this case you can telephone Customer Service on 01782 684 757 and we can validate your credit card details rather than you needing to provide a copy of an identification document.
As soon as we have successfully verified your age, we will activate your account immediately and credit you with the bonus.
I think that £5 sound good! |
