All customer funds are held in ring-fenced accounts and are further secured by a US$ 10 million bond which has been placed with Allied Irish Banks plc. BETDAQ is registered with IBAS, the Independent Betting Arbitration Service. If you have an unresolved betting dispute with Betdaq, you are invited to contact IBAS to rule on the dispute. Please note that IBAS will act as an arbiter in a dispute only when they are satisfied that all other methods to resolve the dispute have been exhausted. In all circumstances where IBAS is unable to supply a ruling, the matter will be dealt with by BETDAQ senior management, where their decision is final.
